1.Excellent anti-mildew property, meets the highest level of GB/T 1741 standard: level 0;
2. Good extrusion and thixotropy at 5℃~45℃. Easy to use;
3. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite etc.;
4. Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, water;
5. Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change, remain good adhesion and elasticity at -50℃~150℃ after curing;
6. Excellent adhesion to most common building materials after curing;
7. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.

Restrictions d’utilisation
1. It cannot be used for structural assembly;
2. It should not be used on the surface of materials that may exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents (such as the surface of oil-soaked wood);
3. It should not be used in confined spaces, as the sealant needs to absorb moisture from the air and solidify;
4. It should not be used on painted surfaces, as it may cause sealing failure due to cracking or peeling of the paint film;
5. It should not be used in places that may come into direct contact with food;
6. Construction should not be carried out when the surface temperature of the material is below 5 ℃ or above 45 ℃.
